$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Indiana
Role Summary As a
Licensed Mental Health Therapist , you will provide evidence-based treatment to clients managing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Alongside direct care, you will offer supervision and guidance to clinicians supporting recovery-focused treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy focused on substance use recovery
Conduct clinical evaluations and risk assessments
Create and monitor structured treatment plans
Supervise associate clinicians and review case notes
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care as needed
Ensure compliance with Indiana clinical regulations
Qualifications
Active Indiana
LMFT, LMHC, LCSW
license
Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field
Experience treating substance use disorders
Supervisory experience preferredComfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
