Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Louis location! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 5201 Grand Blvd store. Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company standards
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
Food service industry knowledge is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
