Patient Experience Representative – GI
The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Representative for our GI services. This role involves providing advanced patient services, assisting with registration, scheduling, and communicating any delays or changes. The position requires a friendly, proactive approach to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
Responsibilities
Arrive at work in the morning; no night shifts.
Represent the clinic by providing advanced level patient services regarding registration, acting as a direct contact and resource to patients.
Manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials, and communicate delays or changes.
Create the Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.
Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (subject to variation).
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
No medical office experience necessary; training provided.
Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.
