Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also get to wear many hats within the site. You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets by hand in some locations. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site.
Hourly Pay:
$19.00/hr

Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Shifts:
1st shift: Wednesday – Saturday 5:00am – 3:30pm
2nd shift: Sunday – Wednesday 5:00am – 3:30pm
What You’ll Do
Move sorted pallet stacks to the appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
Hand‑sort wooden pallets, when required
Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED
Forklift certification preferred
1‑3 years of forklift experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction strongly preferred
Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision. May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
