Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experience through “white glove” service in our stores, at customers’ homes, and via telephone; obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Handle deliveries and pickups: load, unload, and install products safely while following handling and transportation procedures; keep company vehicles clean and properly maintained.
Merchandise the store: maintain an inviting space by refurbishing merchandise, keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized, and ensuring products are presented in like‑new condition.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands The job requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. You will frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise. All coworkers are expected to follow company safety guidelines while performing these tasks.
Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Hours are Monday through Saturday, from store open to close. Sundays and one other weekday are off. Schedules and hours may change throughout the year as directed by management and business needs.
