Location: Billerica, MA Pay: $72,800 - $93,000 annually (DOE)

Available Shifts First Shift (Day)
Mon‑Thu, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (4×10 schedule)
In winter: Mon‑Fri, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Second Shift (Evening)
Mon‑Fri, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
What You’ll Do
Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools, including multi‑axis lathes
Take raw material to finished components with minimal supervision
Apply current cutting tool technology and machining best practices
Read and interpret customer drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Determine machining parameters (speeds, feeds, tolerances, sequences)
Perform trial cuts and make adjustments to achieve precision results
Use measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, surface gauges, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems
Program using CAM software ( Fusion360 preferred; Mastercam also accepted )
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area while producing high‑quality parts
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
(but not required for the right person)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
Authorization to work in the U.S. full‑time
