Job Description As a Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first contact with every customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism are vital to creating a pleasant experience for customers. You will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with customers. We offer flexible hours and advancement opportunities.

Serve as the first contact for all customer calls.
Maintain professionalism and positivity while interacting with customers.
