Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
Multitask effectively to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Multitasking capabilities to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues during peak hours
Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
Quick learner with the ability to master pizza-making techniques
High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
Basic understanding of food safety practices
Previous food service experience is beneficial but not necessary — we provide training!
