Of course, you'll need some skills - judgment, math and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities
Manage everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards. Provide great customer service, maintain attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability. Qualifications
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Deliver product by car, door of customer, and deliver flyers and door hangers. Essential Functions & Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Maintain cost controls. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes. Driver Requirements
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. Must pass a background check and have open availability. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, and sharp edges. The work involves walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying, driving, pushing, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and eye‑hand coordination as described.
