Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary Provide therapy to clients throughout Tennessee via secure video. Your work will center on structured sessions, measurable progress, and steady support.
Responsibilities
Complete telehealth assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Deliver recurring therapy sessions focused on concrete strategies
Create and maintain treatment plans with clear goals
Keep accurate, detailed notes in the EMR
Join remote clinical meetings to share insights and review care
Collaborate with non-clinical staff to support client experience
Qualifications
Active Tennessee license:
LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
Experience supporting adults and/or adolescents in therapy
Comfortable working fully online with a set schedule
