Harbor Freight Tools – Part‑time
A Retail Stocking Associate is a valued member of a high‑performing team empowered and equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do.
Salary: $17.00 per hour (location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience dependent).
Benefits include limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short‑term disability, 401(k) plan, up to 152 hours paid time off per year (PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays), and up to 64 hours paid sick time per year (unless otherwise required by law). Store hours are 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., and schedules are respectful.

What You’ll Do
Provide a great experience for our customers.
Receive, inspect, and stock product.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for the entire shift.
Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
