Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our St Charles location! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service at our 4167 ST PETERS PARKWAY store. As the face of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, both in-person and over the phone
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Promote special offers and upsell products when appropriate
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude Strong verbal communication abilities Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems Time management skills to ensure efficient service Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Additional Information
