Landscape Project Manager-Installation

to lead our installation teams and oversee residential landscape projects from planning through completion.

About the Role As a Landscape Project Manager-Installation, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-end residential projects while leading field teams with clarity, accountability, and care. You will manage schedules, labor, materials, quality, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Limbachs standards of excellence.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in both craftsmanship and people development.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for managing revenue of roughly $2.3M

Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules.

Manage labor hours, materials and job costs to ensure profitability.

Overseeing 10 employees (broken into 3 crew members).

Lead, coach, and develop installation team members.

Rotate between job sites to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and subcontractors.

Proactively solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.

Ensure clean, safe, professional jobsites that reflect the Limbachs brand.

What You Bring

3–5+ years of residential landscape or construction project management experience.

5+ years in a leadership role within a high‑end landscape company.

Strong knowledge of landscape installation, materials, and labor costs.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.>

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.

Ability to lead, delegate, and hold teams accountable.

Experience using landscape management tools such as LMN, Monday.com, and Slack.

This role is ideal for a leader who takes ownership, shows initiative, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and projects succeed.
