About the Role Monday through Friday: no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on‑call duties.
The Receptionist/Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients, families, physicians and staff; admits patients; processes paperwork; updates patient demographics; collects monies and documents them in the billing system; handles funds according to office procedure; and answers incoming phone calls.

Pay Range Min: $22.70 – Max: $29.58 per hour (wages are determined by qualifications and experience)
Required Skills
High school graduate or equivalent
One year of experience or hospital clerical experience; medical terminology preferred
Operational knowledge of office equipment required for job duties
Typing speed of 45 wpm
Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
Bilingual preferred
Good communication skills
