Compensation:
Starting at $90,000 per year plus a $20,000 sign‑on bonus. Annual wage increases.

Shift Coverage
First Shift – Days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Includes rotating weekends and holidays.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the nursing team, assign duties, provide training, and evaluate performance.
Conduct regular patient and staff rounds to monitor care quality.
Develop personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and guide the team on clinical issues.
Ensure completion of required reports, including infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least two years of related experience.
Current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
Current CPR‑BLS certification.
Strong analytical abilities to prepare and implement personalized care plans.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and accomplishing tasks.
