You will play a key role in coordinating events from planning to completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and brand alignment. Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery Monitor event setup, breakdown, and overall operations Ensure events meet brand standards and client expectations Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and post-event evaluations Identify opportunities to improve event processes and attendee experience Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in dynamic, live-event environments Additional Information
