Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and teardown
Greet and assist attendees, guests, and vendors during events
Manage administrative tasks including registration, sign-in sheets, and event documentation
Maintain event supplies, equipment, and inventory
Provide on-site support to ensure events operate efficiently and professionally
Qualifications Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or event-related experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
