Very busy meeting and events location
Weekend and evening events on a regular basis
Uses outside agency for delivery of most of the events
Liaison with landlord, making sure the agency has provided all of the documentation
Knowing what the schedule is
Coordinating access arrangements with the landlord
Coordinating with team in terms of set up and breakdown
A lot of catering
COI coordination
Being available and visible to liaison with security, audio visual, stakeholders
A lot of coordination
Must Have Skills
Very positive and engaging, friendly environment
Comfortable being on your feet, going up and down stairs
Being comfortable in front of the client, showing up in the right way
Nice to have Skills
Hospitality background- concierge
High end fashion or high end retail
Experience
Experience dealing with sports type activations

Summary As a Events Coordinator, you will assist with the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of various meetings and events for a high-profile client. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Manage all aspects of meeting and event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event details are executed to the highest standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
Support the management of event budgets and track expenses.
Create and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, and presentations.
Handle post-event follow-up, including thank you notes and feedback collection.
