As Needed Part-time Instructor - Business Administration Join Inside Higher Ed as a “As Needed” Part‑time Instructor in Business Administration. This role is full‑time (for the purpose of this listing) and is located across multiple GHC instructional sites: Floyd Campus, Cartersville, Marietta, Dallas, and Douglasville.

Job Summary Part‑time instructor for a multi‑site college in the University System of Georgia. Reporting to the Division Chair of Business and Professional Studies, the instructor prepares for and delivers instruction in Business Administration courses such as “Environment of Business,” “Communicating in the Business Environment,” and “Fundamentals of Computer Applications.”

Responsibilities

Manage courses through systematic use of syllabi.

Keep accurate records of students’ class performance, attendance, and grades.

Adopt and implement common course objectives.

Attend part‑time faculty orientation prior to the beginning of the semester.

Participate in assessment of student learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Master’s degree in the subject or a Master’s with 18 hours of graduate‑level courses in business administration.

Available to teach day, evening, or weekend at any of the Georgia Highlands College instructional sites.

Salary Salary determined by instructor part‑time pay scale.
