Overview Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 250 stores in more than 25 states, from Maryland to Montana.
We’re looking for smiling, enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals with knowledge of sporting goods to provide our customers with excellent service. This role offers a fun, fast‑paced work environment with variety in the day‑to‑day routine.
We are currently seeking Team Coordinator candidates. This position will be responsible for merchandising specific departments and leading the store in sales for that area.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service – the primary responsibility. Manage store opening and closing duties. Oversee merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
Qualifications Must have prior retail supervisory experience. Knowledge required of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products. Merchandising skills preferred. A demonstrated desire and ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
