Job Requisition # 032928 Maintenance Technician (Open)
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance and repairs to manufacturing equipment and systems, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical machines and systems.
Adhere to all plant safety policies. Participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
Assist with installation of new equipment.
Inspect and assess equipment functionality.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks; may be required to submit maintenance reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 0-1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Possesses the ability to operate machines, hand-tools, and plant equipment.
Demonstrates ability to follow the directions of supervisor and/or senior colleagues.
May require basic knowledge of job procedures.
Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $28.94. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $21.00 to $24.00. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
