Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team. As Event Staff, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of various events, ranging from corporate functions and conferences to weddings and large-scale public gatherings. Your main responsibilities will involve supporting event logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a positive experience for attendees.
Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and breaking down event venues including seating arrangements, staging, and decorations. Greet and register guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service at all times. Guide and assist attendees with inquiries about the event schedule and location. Monitor event activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Serve food and beverages while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure seamless logistics and execution.
Skills
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in event planning or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required during events. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate various event schedules.
