Orthopedic Laser Therapy Professional
Position Overview:
OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers provide an innovative, drug‑free, and non‑invasive solution for managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions. As an Orthopedic Laser Therapist, you will administer MLS M8 Laser Therapy treatments to help patients reduce pain and recover faster. Key Responsibilities
Administer MLS Laser Therapy treatments (2-3 per hour).
Attend to patient needs and ensure the best treatment outcomes.
Promote a safe and organized treatment environment.
Maintain sanitary treatment areas.
Document patient progress notes thoroughly.
Educate patients on the principles and benefits of laser therapy.
Participate in ongoing education to stay current with laser techniques and science.
Qualifications
Certification or degree (completed or in progress) in a medical‑related field (e.g., Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Orthopedic Medical Assistant, or Personal Trainer preferred).
Associate degree or similar in a medical field.
Experience with musculoskeletal conditions.
Prior patient care experience preferred.
Knowledge of anatomy and musculoskeletal system.
Proficient in computer systems and adaptable to new technologies.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Communication & Customer Service
Discreet and respectful of patient confidentiality.
Strong desire to care for patients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with patients and medical providers.
Ability to build patient confidence in laser therapy through clear communication.
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and positive patient experiences.
