We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Survey CADD Technician to support our survey and engineering teams by processing field data and generating accurate and comprehensive survey drawings. This position requires proficiency in computer-aided drafting software, a strong understanding of land surveying principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Survey CADD Technician plays a critical role in translating field data into precise, high-quality deliverables that support project planning, design, and construction. What We Offer

Prepare a variety of survey types including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-Built Surveys. Plot deeds and compile property information to support boundary analysis and mapping. Perform basic research and data gathering with minimal supervision. Convert field crew data—including collector files, field sketches, photographs, and reference maps—into accurate and detailed survey drawings. Generate digital terrain models and surfaces using 3D polylines and survey points. Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure project requirements are met and provide support as needed to maintain workflow. Assist in maintaining project deadlines and quality standards within allocated budgets. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or CAD certification preferred. 3–5 years of experience working with CAD software in a surveying, engineering, or construction environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required. Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail, especially in processing survey data and generating surfaces. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines within specified time and budget constraints. Experience with deed plotting and compilation is preferred. Working knowledge of field survey operations and industry standards related to civil engineering and construction. Most of All
