General Description
Ruppert Landscape is a commercial landscape construction and management company, a family-owned and employee-owned business, headquartered in Montgomery County, MD, with operations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Delaware, and Tennessee. Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all communication in and out of the office
Manage and run weekly payroll, accounts payable, and receivable
Manage contract administration, invoicing, employee HR, and onboarding process
Meet accounting deadlines
Generate and maintain financial reports and other administrative functions
Coordinate and plan community service projects and employee relations events and other general office duties
Perform administrative functions for the Branch Management team, including telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of internal and external meetings & events, and file & calendar maintenance
Serve as a point of contact for personnel needs (e.g., benefits enrollment, registration/licensing, and communication of policies and procedures)
Perform registrations and market data expenses
Qualifications:
English, Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong computer skills and knowledge
Candidates with prior JD Edward’s and ADP system experience are highly preferred.
Applicants must have prior office administration experience with strong organizational and communication skills
