You will be enthusiastic and positive and love helping our business customers with their visual communications projects! You will be able to type and enter data into the operating system and enjoy your days at our lively and positive center.

The successful Customer Service Representative Will:
Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
You will be great at talking on the phone and able to communicate in person and act with decisiveness
Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, manage projects to completion and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
Have a positive mindset and a healthy curiosity. You want to learn and grow as an employee and a person
Enjoy being involved in team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred. Sign experience is a huge plus!
High school diploma or equivalent. Please know how to spell! We don't misspell words ever
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships and manage projects to completion
Great listening and organization skills
Ability to sit or stand for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
