The role youll contribute:Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and providing active input for life safety programs. This position includes oversight of fire safety and prevention, educational venues, ICRA and ILSM management, waste stream management, hazard surveillance, and construction procedures related to life safety. Additionally, this role ensures compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. In addition, this position actively participates in customer service initiatives. Additionally, this role maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

The value youll bring to the team:Actively participates in scheduled document review processes related to Policy, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions, BARE Facts, and Educational materials. Contributes to the maintenance of safety reports, accident and incident investigations, and performance improvement data. Assists in the coordination of safety activities and drills, including hospital evacuation training, decontamination exercises, and emergency management drills. Conducts training and safety rounds, coordinates hazardous surveillance rounds, safety site inspections, and other inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Environment of Care regulatory requirements.

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

Associate Preferred

3 Work Experience Preferred

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Preferred

Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) Preferred
