Job Summary We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support a busy couple with their property in Snoqualmie. Our client is seeking someone who can assist with creating and managing a detailed property maintenance calendar, vendor management, home organization, errands, projects, and handling unexpected issues at the property. The ideal candidate is proactive and takes initiative naturally, highly organized, and thrives in creating systems that will provide our clients ease.
Hours 15 hours per week, with a blend of on‑site and remote work.
Compensation $28 – $31 per hour, based on experience.
Location Snoqualmie. This is an on‑site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.
Start Date As soon as possible.
Role Description Your role will involve:
Creating and managing property maintenance calendar
Researching for home projects
Vendor management
Home organization
Errands
Car servicing
Travel planning
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable with dogs.
