Akron Rubber Development Laboratory, Inc., an industry-leading testing laboratory for rubber, plastic and latex is looking to fill the position of Laboratory Technician for our Mixing and Molding Department. Location:

Full-time Required Capabilities
Performs lab work as assigned from Supervisory Personnel Responsible for lab-scale mixing Hands-on Experience with Polymers Works well in a group environment Works closely with other technicians Energetic team player Attention to detail Help cultivates a positive work environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion Preferred Capabilities
Experience with milling, curing black and colored rubber Experience running a rheometer/viscometer and compounding Education/Preferred Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience in a testing lab/rubber industry. Additional Information
