Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Summary We are hiring a licensed clinical social worker to provide telehealth therapy services to adult clients across Kentucky. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care within a structured remote environment.
Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Follow Kentucky licensing and clinical standards
Qualifications
Active Kentucky LCSW license
Master’s degree in social work or related field
Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
EHR documentation experience
