Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated individual to join our family‑like atmosphere. We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver plays a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely deliveries by safely operating a 26 ft. box truck. This position also assists in loading orders and occasionally supports general warehouse functions. A DOT physical will be required upon employment. The ideal candidate thrives in a team‑first environment and has a passion for customer service.
Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities
Pull and prepare outbound customer orders; receive, sort and replenish incoming inventory
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
Clean the workspace and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident‑free
Delivery Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate a 26 ft. box truck to deliver products to customers and job sites
Verify delivery accuracy and obtain required signatures and documentation
Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery stop
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized truck
Follow assigned delivery routes and communicate delays or issues
Customer Service & Communication Responsibilities
Represent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and courteous attitude
Communicate clearly with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch
Report product damage, shortages, or delivery issues promptly
Assist in problem‑solving delivery‑related concerns as needed

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass DOT physical after employment offer
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical labor
High attention to detail
Preferred
Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred
1+ years of experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles
Familiarity with plumbing, irrigation, or construction supply products
Experience using handheld scanners, GPS, or routing systems
Customer service experience in delivery or field service environments
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment
