Key Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
Inspect belts, hoses, tires, and gauges for safety and reliability
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality service
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete assigned tasks
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all repairs and services
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Qualifications
Previous maintenance/quick lube experience preferred (Ford dealership experience a plus)
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications a plus
Ford certifications preferred, but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose issues quickly
Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and basic computer systems
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Positive, friendly, and dependable work ethic
