What You’ll Do as an RN Unit Supervisor
Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
Manage individualized care plans and ensure consistent, high‑quality resident outcomes
Ensure compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control policies, and safety standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide resident‑centered care
Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and families, offering updates and guidance

What You’ll Need
Active
Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or similar)
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long‑term care experience a plus
Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
