270269Northfield, Ohio**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**As a Surveillance Operator, you will help cultivate a collaborative safe environment by working closely with partner departments to support and elevate the guest experience. Your role is essential in maintaining a fair, safe, and secure gaming atmosphere for both guests and team members.**THE STARTING RATE:**$20.70
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Utilize a range of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to observe and review casino operations, record and archive audio/video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning properly* Actively monitor all casino operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify suspicious behavior, and help prevent fraud and theft* Collaborate with the local Gaming Authority and support external law enforcement agencies as needed; provide court testimony on behalf of the company when required.
