Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time
Permanency Support Worker
to join Texas Family Initiative.
Responsibilities
Assist Permanency Case Managers and Supervisors with transportation, visit observation, documentation, and legal filings.
Teach parenting techniques during visitation and collaborate with a dedicated team to plan, advocate, and access resources.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
At least two years of experience working with children and families (preferred).
Predictive Index assessment (complete at https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/692W/94ef1876-a76b-48d6-8ebc-be46288a5db2?type=candidateba).
Salary Average hourly rate $18.08.
