Domino’s Pizza in Manchester, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 667 Big Bend Rd. As a vital member of our organization, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and general cleaning duties
Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Strong multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with a natural ability to smile easily
Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
