Responsibilities Position will report to the Co‑Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager. Manage any staff assigned to shift including employee performance reviews and any disciplinary actions. Supervise all computer entry work and all paperwork flow. Responsible for assigning work assignments for all warehouse staffing, keeping in mind customer specifications. Monitor the quality and accuracy of all shipments according to customer specifications. Ensure that the department staff meets the requirements of each customer and that any requirement changes are updated and all staffing is trained on any changes to a customer. Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries as needed, implementing any actions required. Ensure the safety, training and development of employees, drivers, and contractors, in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies and procedures. Oversee the completion of all computer data entry as required, checking for accuracy and efficiency. Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures. Maintain and approve all shift employee timesheets for weekly payroll, including any temp hours, making corrections as needed. Monitor all overtime hours to meet department requirements. Complete building checks daily, notifying Co‑Pack manager of equipment or building problems or preventive maintenance needed and assist with maintaining equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Ensure that warehouse employees adhere to all AIB processes, procedures and guidelines, and that they have had the AIB training for handling any food products in the course of their employment. Assure that all checklists for building, equipment, and safety are completed as designated by the SOP or policy. Issue any corrective action or work order needed to correct or fix any issues. Ensure that proper procedures are taken with any and all accident reporting, handling the care of any injured employee, and making sure HR and management are notified of any emergency actions taken. Perform assigned tasks or other duties as instructed by Co‑Pack manager.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co‑pack.
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
Language Skills
Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write and speak English.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to determine the "root cause" of a problem and determine corrective action.
Computer Skills
Knowledge of business operating systems, internet software, Word processing, and spreadsheet software.
Familiarity with labeling software (NiceLabel, Bartender) is a plus.
Physical Demands
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand; walk; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl.
Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
Regularly works in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion.
Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and concentrate on more than one task at a time.
Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision.
Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
