Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour + Incentives based on speed and quality of work.
Shift: 1st Shift 7 AM – 3:30 PM OR 3rd Shift 9 PM – 7 AM Monday – Thursday.

Qualifications
Manufacturing experience (construction experience is a plus).
Accurately measure a tape measure.
Follow instructions and stay focused on the task.
Attention to detail – care about doing it right, not just fast.
Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on feet during shift.
Show up on time, ready to work every day.
Safety‑first mindset – look out for yourself and team.
Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
Responsibilities
Use power tools and various saws/drills to cut and assemble custom wood pallets/crates.
Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
Pack and label finished items for shipping or storage.
Follow all safety rules and company policies.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
Report problems or delays to your supervisor.
Help with general warehouse duties as needed.
