Essential Duties
On time deliveries, pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
Responsible transporting of materials and equipment to job sites.
Keep vehicle clean and ensure proper maintenance.
Maintain up to date medical card.
Drive company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional manner.
Load, secure and unload equipment.
Comply with all DOT laws.
Verify loads for accuracy.
Report any defects or deficiencies with truck, trailer or load to direct supervisor immediately and prior to leaving shop/location.
Log all hours on duty, driving and off‑duty legally.
Adhere to the PO policy process.
Perform tasks in teams and solo.
Present self and represent Titan in a professional manner.
Maintain appropriate work relationships.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Assist other divisions and tasks as needed.
Run trash dumpster to landfill when needed.
Wash and patch containment when CDL duties are not needed.
Deliver equipment and material to pad for full site jobs and stay to help as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understanding of DOT regulations.
Understanding of Load Securement.
Ability to load and unload equipment such as manlifts, loaders, telehandlers.
Ability to drive a company vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and customers.
Knowledge of FMCSA policies.
Education & Credentials
Class A CDL.
Current Medical Card.
High School Diploma or GED (preferred; not required).
Basic math skills (required).
Experience
2+ years driving experience.
1+ year load securement experience.
Computer Proficiency
Ability to utilize time‑keeping system, smartphone and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions
Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting and bending.
Capability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Work in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold/wind/rain/snow).
Must pass pre‑employment fit test.
May be required out of town/state for up to 1 week at a time (per diem allocated for overnight stays).
Compensation Pay range based on performance: starting $27.00 – $30.00 per hour.
