Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary Support clients across Hawaii through video-based therapy. You’ll help people navigate stress, mood concerns, and life changes while working from your own space.
Responsibilities
Conduct telehealth assessments and gather clinical history
Provide regular therapy sessions through secure video
Collaborate with clients on treatment goals and strategies
Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR
Participate in remote clinical discussions and trainings
Offer suggestions that help refine virtual care and processes
Qualifications
Active Hawaii license:
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related field
Clinical experience in individual therapy
Comfortable using digital tools for sessions and records
