Job Overview We’re hiring!!! Seasonal Assembly Associates to support production operations in Boise, ID. This entry‑level, hands‑on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small components, have strong attention to detail, and can perform efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble small parts and components according to work instructions
Package finished products accurately and efficiently
Perform all assigned tasks efficiently while meeting required production quotas
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow established best practices, quality standards, and safety procedures
Identify issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and communicate concerns as needed
Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with co‑workers and supervisors
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Entry‑level position; prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and take direction
Basic problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
