Pool RN II B – Critical Care Nursing Pool
Critical Care Pool will cover ICU, A2, A3, A6 Recovery and Emergency Department. Why work as a Pool Nurse at Munson Healthcare?
Teamwork and support – our multidisciplinary teams include experienced and new graduate RNs, providers, clinicians and support staff who will help you transition to your new role. Expanded knowledge – rotation of each pool nurse through the units worked will continue to ensure competency in each area. Flexible scheduling – 2 holidays per year, every 3rd weekend, significant differentials. Commitment to growth and development – we offer an RN Residency Program, thousands of educational offerings, leadership development, simulation education and tuition reimbursement. on top of base salary. Qualifications
What’s Required: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan. Minimum 1 year of previous Critical Care experience required. Additional Information
