Job Summary This senior LCSW-C role focuses on advanced clinical practice and team support. You will manage a steady telehealth caseload while helping maintain treatment quality through documentation review and clinical collaboration.
Responsibilities
Provide virtual therapy services to adult clients
Perform clinical assessments and progress evaluations
Support associate clinicians through consultation and review
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Follow Maryland social work standards and ethics
Qualifications
Active Maryland LCSW-C license
Master’s degree in Social Work
Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
Strong clinical judgment and organization skills
Interest in leadership and quality-focused care
