S/he utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families. This individual demonstrates excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and makes decisions consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS****EDUCATION***For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.***Minimum Required:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.**Preferred/Optional:** None**EXPERIENCE****Minimum Required:** None**Preferred/Optional:** Two years nursing experience.**CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES***The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.***Minimum Required:*** Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License.* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.**Preferred/Optional:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.**Marshfield Clinic Health System is committed to enriching the lives of others through accessible, affordable and compassionate healthcare.
