Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift (Some weekends)

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily maintenance and reliability operations in alignment with company objectives and plant performance goals.

Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and HMI systems, with strong emphasis on Siemens PLC platforms (and other control systems as needed).

Maintain and repair AC and DC electrical equipment, including motors, generators, variable frequency drives (VFDs), control panels, switches, breakers, and lighting circuits.

Inspect, calibrate, and maintain process control instrumentation, including flow, level, weight, and temperature transmitters.

Execute and document the preventive maintenance (PM) program to maximize equipment uptime and plant reliability.

Install new equipment, modify existing machinery, and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs for production equipment.

Troubleshoot under pressure and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, including breakdowns, PM activities, and facility repairs.

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all plant safety procedures.

Work daily in and around an active manufacturing/production environment.

Collaborate effectively with maintenance and production teams while also working independently when required.

Support plant continuity by remaining flexible with work schedules and maintenance needs.
