Our In‑House Agency positions are PRN positions that agree to a full time rotation for a specified period of time, 8 or 12 weeks. Responsibilities Your daily responsibilities will include administering medications, conducting patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care while addressing any immediate medical concerns. In this role, you will also monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and provide patient education on ongoing health management. Qualifications An active RN license is required. A minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in Med/Surg is required. Knowledge and skills for the position include strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and ethical practice. The position is available to candidates holding an active Louisiana or multistate RN license, including Louisiana.
