ABOUT THE JOB This job is for people who can multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment. Our goal is to get every pizza to our customers as fast as safely possible by operating efficiently in the store and we need more great team members to accomplish this. We are looking for highly motivated applicants who rise to the occasion when business demands. A competitive nature is a must. We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality, people skills, and a desire to serve.

We are very flexible with hours and can accommodate a schedule that requires only 1 shift per week or as many as 5‑6 shifts per week. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS You must be 16 years of age or older.

Operate all equipment

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler

Prepare product

Receive and process telephone orders

Complete any required paperwork

Clean equipment and facility daily

Maintain store equipment

TRAINING

Orientation and training provided on the job

Training will focus on:

Taking orders

Labeling boxes

Making pizzas

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

Must be able to make correct monetary change

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

WORK CONDITIONS Exposure to:

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks

In‑store temperatures range from 32°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas

Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside

Fumes from food odors

Exposure to cornmeal dust

Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler

Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500°F or higher

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

SENSING

Talking and listening on telephone

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks

Depth perception

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing – Most tasks performed from a standing position, height 36‑48 inches, walking/jogging/running short distances.

Sitting – Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, use hand truck, stack onto shelves up to 72”.

Carrying – Large bags/boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, trays of dough (~12 lbs each).

Pushing – Trays on dollies, force up to 7.5 lbs.

Climbing – Infrequent stairs or ladder, maintenance.

Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at waist necessary at assembly station, no flexing knees while standing.

Reaching – Up, down and forward continuous; up to 72” occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, lift and lower objects to and from shelves.

Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination essential, use forearms and wrists; use pizza peel, cutter; frequent pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
