Domino’s Pizza in Columbia, United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 416 S 9th St location. As a key member of our front-line staff, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure order accuracy and maintain cleanliness standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smile
Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary — we provide training!
