Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Hocker – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
