Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to advance Fridley’s commitment to compassionate care.
Embedded within the Police Division, bring clinical expertise to the front lines, working side‑by‑side with patrol officers to de‑escalate crises and provide immediate behavioral health support.
Coordinate follow‑up care, connect individuals and families to vital resources, and lead proactive outreach to address mental health, addiction, homelessness, and chemical health challenges.
